HOW LONG WILL ITEMS BE ON SALE FOR?
Once an item has been reduced it will remain at the lower price until all the stock is sold, there maybe occasions where the sale price is further reduced. Sale items will be determined by working closely with our partners.
CAN I ORDER BY EMAIL?
We will only accept enquiries via Email, final ordering must be processed via our secure website .
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payment methods available on all website orders are: Visa Credit / Visa Debit / Electron / Mastercard / Switch / Maestro / Solo.
Cheques / Postal orders / Bankers Drafts are not accepted, unless specially requested via the Customer Request Section or by telephone in advance of an order.
WHAT SECURITY CHECKS TAKE PLACE?
Every single order will undertake a security check. In cases of your details failing this check you will be contacted by email or telephone and asked for some alternate method of payment or additional information so that we can validate your order.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY SCHEDULES?
General processing and delivery times are 3-5 working days (UK) and 7-10 working days for orders being shipped outside the UK . These times can vary through seasonal periods but you will be informed via your confirmation email of the approximate delivery time
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE?
For legal and security reasons orders will have to be shipped to the card billing address only. Once you have completed your first order, future orders placed from the same billing address may have a different delivery address. All orders should be created from the login you will have created from your first order.
DO WE RETAIN DETAILS FOR FUTURE ORDERS?
We do keep records of your NAME and ADDRESS and records of previous orders. If you have ordered previously via our website you should have created a login with which you can place an order more efficiently. Payment details will need to be submitted each time you order.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
To cancel an order before the item is dispatched please contact a member of our team as soon as possible.
You can contact us via telephone or email, please note it may take longer to process via email. We will confirm via email if your order has been successfully cancelled prior to despatch.
If the order has already been dispatched you may return it within 14 days of our despatch date, it is advisable that you review the Terms and Conditions first.

Next Day Royal Mail Delivery times are 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday
Please give 3-5 working days (UK), 7-10 working days for orders being shipped outside of the UK
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE IF I AM NOT AT MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If your unavailable at the time of delivery the respective courier, namely Royal Mail, should leave a card explaining where the parcel is being retained and their relevant contact details. In the event that you have not received your parcel or a card within the expected deliveries time highlighted please contact a member of our team.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER MISPLACES MY PACKAGE?
In the unlikely event of your package being lost by the courier, as the sender we will be responsible for making the enquiries and eventual claim for the lost items. This means that once the courier classes a package as being lost we can commence the process of forwarding a replacement or refund immediately.
All packages, either sent by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service, are trackable so we should be able to obtain a detailed response from the courier in a timely manner.
