This fitness towel is long enough to fit on an exercise bench whilst performing a chest press, fold it up to use whilst seated, such as a tricept extension, or hang over the handle bars of a treadmill or bike ready and waiting to mop your brow. Plus, it's comfortable to have around your neck on the way back to the locker room. Made from ultra soft microfibre meaning it's super absorbent and lightweight, folds up into it's mesh carry bag with ease to take up a minimal amount of space in your kit bag.
