Archies use UK unisex sizing. We recommend measuring your foot length and checking it against our size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, most customers find sizing down to the nearest whole size gives the best, snug arch-support fit. Reach out to our team if you'd like a personal recommendation.
Yes! Archies are made from a lightweight, water-friendly foam that's perfect for the beach, pool, boat or a rainy day. Simply rinse them off and let them air dry. They won't absorb water or lose their supportive shape, making them an easy-care everyday sandal.
Items are usually picked and packed on the same day if ordered before 2 pm Monday to Friday and delivered within 3 working days.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Our post is collected by Royal Mail at 4 pm on weekdays. We do not have a collection on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
We have a 28-day free return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
