What is gait analysis?
Gait analysis looks at how you move when you run: how your foot lands, rolls and pushes off. We film you on our treadmill in slow motion so we can recommend shoes that suit your running style.
How long does the appointment take?
Each appointment is 30 minutes with a dedicated member of our team.
How much does it cost?
The session costs £20.00, and it's refunded if you buy a pair of trainers.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes you can jog in, and bring your current running shoes and the socks you usually run in. This helps us see how your current shoes are working for you.
Do I need to be an experienced runner?
Not at all. Whether you're starting out, training for your first race or chasing a new PB, a fitting helps you start in the right shoe.
